Change of scenery

A week ago I was recovering from a nasty (and I mean NASTY) 48 hour flu thing. Really horrible with chills and fevers and sweats and little appetite. All I wanted to do was sleep. And when I was too awake to do that, I watched the Olympics. Who knew watching triatholons was so interesting.

Anyway, a couple days later I started moving into my brand-spanking-new studio. Pretty much been working on moving furniture and arranging art supplies on shelves for about 5 days. And loving every single minute.

I've got my computer desk set up. I'm sitting at it right now. TV is set up, but not on. Shelves full of art supplies... with supplies spilling onto the table (and under the table and behind the table. And my boxes of comic books all over as pseudo pedestals for sculptural artwork.

So, I'm settling into my new art studio (with a computer nook)... what wonders will I create...? More will be revealed.

Go you must

Shall stay long
In one place forever
Love will be lost
If you sit too long
At a friend’s fire.
