I know I'm not the only person in the world with self-esteem issues. Right now, it's lower than it's been in almost 20 years. It's been up. It's been down. And I always bring it back up again.
I walk on eggshells with most people. I hide in my office on weekends to not disturb my partner. I hesitate way more than I did a year ago. I have difficulty believing in myself. I blame myself more when other people treat me wrong. This is starting to ramble on and on and not really accomplish much...
Despite all that... I'm not worried. Bit by bit, step by step, I'm boosting my self-esteem back to empowering and healthy levels. And I'll continue to do so...
