In an earlier post, I wrote about having self-esteem issues.

Bit by bit, I'm working on it. This blog is helping. I purposely look at the world I see. And I use this blog to express my view of the world. I express myself. And that is helpful for self-esteem.

Another thing that is helpful is to pay attention to my successes. So, very soon, I will work on a list of my accomplishments and share it via this blog.
