Super-Spectacular Fiftieth Post

It's here! Finally! My 50th post on Jeffrey's Tidbits. I've been waiting for this for days.

It's like realizing my favorite comic book is hitting its 50th issue. Comic books celebrate big time with special issues like the 50th or 75th or 100th issue of a title. Sometimes it's a big giant team up with a whole bunch of guest star super-heroes helping defeat an ultra powerful enemy. Sometimes it's a super-hero wedding with a whole bunch of guest starring super-heroes. Sometimes there were special features explaining the history or super-powers or super-gadgets of the hero or heroes.

Well... I got the guest stars figured out. I'm gonna reach out to a bunch of folks i have not had much contact with in 2008... and invite them to come see what's happening at Jeffrey's Tidbits.

Although it's not a super-hero wedding, there is wedding news... out in California. How nice of the California Supreme Court to wait until just before my 50th post to rule that it is not constitutional to ban same-sex marriage. Click here for a news report on this development in the LGBT rights movement (LGBT = Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender).

And ... this whole blog is chock full of special features about Jeffrey.

Check out the Topic Tags in the left column. The tags sort the posts on this blog into several themes. Maybe one or more of the tags will interest you.

And of course there is the slide show on the top of the left column. Currently it is showing found objects I photographed. And you can see again the April Flower Show You do need the flash player that is mentioned under the slide show in the left column.

Finally, a special feature of my very first set of wheels!!!!

And what a vehicle it is with the ability to make a baby grin and hold a ton of towels or blankets on the top. (Oh, yes, that is me... way back in 1966.)

Til next time...

Go you must

Shall stay long
In one place forever
Love will be lost
If you sit too long
At a friend’s fire.
