The Greatest Hitter in the World

This is such a cool commercial that I decided Sunday June 29 had to be a two-post day.

It shows a boy practicing his batting. Before he tosses the ball up in the air to hit it... he yells... "I'm the greatest hitter in the world."

And for what happens next, you have to see the commercial.

Here it is on you tube...

And Click here to view that commercial made by the Foundation for a Better Life.

But if you can't view it... continue on.

So, he tosses the ball in the air, swings the bat, and misses. "Strike one." he says as though there's nothing wrong with that.

Again he yells "I'm the greatest hitter in the world." He tosses the ball again... swings... and misses. "Strike two." he says as he picks up the ball again.

He straightens his hat, rubs his hands together... He yells "I'm the greatest hitter in the world."

He tosses the ball up in the air... swings the bat... and misses. "Strike three" he says.

He pauses. Realizing he struck out.

Then... he realizes something else. He struck himself out.

"I'm the greatest PITCHER in the world." he yells and jumps in the air.
